Good content, flexible to do the course from home or work online.
We have tried so many times to sit down and develop our own in house training materials but things change so often that its like a full time job just updating material so finding these self paced courses means our staff can be trained, get certificates to acknowledge their learning and we get the peace of mind knowing we're still able to provide good professional development for the team without it costing us huge amounts of precious time and money.
Such an informative online session, I've done other courses before but I loved that this plan management course was a small group and surprisingly really interactive for an online course.
The Onboarding training was very comprehensive and showed me some areas we can improve on in our processes and training.
I think this Trauma Informed Practice training should be mandatory for every worker! Learnt so much that will make me a better more understanding support worker for my clients with mental health disabilities.
Incident Management training covered what i needed to learn about how to actually record an incident and how to follow up
